Drawing on the history of the place and its idyllic setting, Philippe Roschy and François Baumann, tenants of the Auberge aux 4 Vents since 2020, are dedicated to offering their guests a space for connection, culinary delight, and cultural discovery—creating moments that are both enjoyable and unforgettable.

To achieve this, they bring the same experience and professional dedication that drives them—alongside the Auberge aux 4 Vents—to also run La Brasserie Le Boulevard 39, Hotel-Restaurant Le Sauvage, Hotel-Restaurant Alpha, and the Roschy Butchery in Fribourg. Their passion for hospitality, gastronomy, and tourism also leads them to take part in the leadership of various professional associations such as GastroFribourg, Hôtellerie Fribourg, Terroir Fribourg, and Fribourg Tourisme.
